> CoverIntent is validating a consumer-controlled insurance-intent exchange for auto, home, and renters coverage.

This plain-text discovery file is descriptive only. It does not grant action authority or turn a validation-interest submission into an insurance transaction.

## Current status

A person or licensed-agent prospect can submit one consent-bound, email-only validation-interest request and receive a non-secret confirmation code. The code confirms intake only and is never an access token.

CoverIntent is a validation project operated by TheChattyAI. Neither CoverIntent nor TheChattyAI is presented as an insurer, insurance agency, carrier, broker, or licensed producer, and this service does not provide insurance or legal advice.

Target promise: One request. Chosen insurers. No lead spam.
Qualification: That is the intended future consent model. The current CX1 release accepts validation interest only and does not select or contact insurers.

- Insurance quotes, comparisons, recommendations, underwriting, or eligibility decisions
- Insurer, agency, or carrier matching or contact
- Policy application, binding, purchase, payment, service, or claims handling
- Lead sale, transfer, or disclosure to an insurer, agency, broker, or data buyer
- Consumer phone calls, text messages, or automated nurture
- Authenticated buyer-agent mandates or insurance transactions

## Accepted validation-interest data

Required: role, email, U.S. state, coverage line (auto, home, or renters), timeframe, priority, and consent=true.
Optional: name, company, and website.
Consent text: I agree that CoverIntent may use this information to contact me by email about research, early access, or a founding partnership. This is not a quote request. CoverIntent will not call or text me, contact an insurer, or sell or transfer this submission in CX1.

- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Driver's-license data
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Health information
- Payment or bank data
- Policy or claim credentials

## Data use

CX1 uses a submission only for CoverIntent research, early access, or founding-partner follow-up by email. Submissions are not sold or transferred to insurers, agencies, brokers, or data buyers. Limited service providers process the submitted email, name, or company only as needed to host the site, store the durable founder-tenant intake, and deliver the internal founder alert.
