Minimum first
Begin with only the information needed to understand intent—not a full insurance application disguised as a lead form.
A consumer-controlled intent exchange—in validation
CoverIntent is validating a consumer-controlled insurance-intent exchange for auto, home, and renters coverage. It is being designed for people and the AI agents they authorize, with permission at the center.
Conceptual interface only. Recipient selection and insurance transactions are not live in this validation.
What we’re building toward One request. Chosen insurers. No lead spam.
That is the intended future consent model. The current CX1 release accepts validation interest only and does not select or contact insurers.
A different starting point
Shopping intent can be useful without becoming uncontrolled distribution. CoverIntent starts with a narrow question: can the person remain the principal when humans and software act around the request?
Begin with only the information needed to understand intent—not a full insurance application disguised as a lead form.
The target model makes recipients, purpose, and timing explicit before more detail is shared.
The future exchange is designed around evidence of what was allowed, accepted, declined, or revoked.
Clear about the stage
This first public version exists to test demand, language, and technical discovery without pretending that a regulated marketplace already exists.
A person or licensed-agent prospect can submit one consent-bound, email-only validation-interest request and receive a non-secret confirmation code. The code confirms intake only and is never an access token. No quote, recommendation, policy transaction, insurer match, or lead transfer is live.
Live in this validation
Not live
One principle, two doors
Help us learn what information feels reasonable at the first step and what control should stay visible throughout.
Join consumer researchWe’re inviting licensed agents, agencies, and insurers to pressure-test the object, compliance boundary, and useful context—without offering live leads.
Explore partner researchBe early, not exposed
Share only enough for us to understand your interest. We do not ask for a phone number or the details needed to quote or underwrite a policy.
Please do not send
Date of birth, Social Security or driver’s-license numbers, VINs, policy credentials, payment data, health information, or other insurance application details.
Email-only research intake
A few non-sensitive details help us learn where this model could be useful. We’ll only use them to email you about research and early access.
Building in the open
CoverIntent publishes a public capability description for developers and AI agents. The technical surfaces expose the same narrow validation-stage boundary as this site—no hidden quote, matching, or transaction capability.
