These terms govern your use of the CoverIntent website, public technical descriptions, and early-access intake operated by TheChattyAI. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form or call an action endpoint.
Essential boundary
No quote. No policy. No coverage.
An intake confirmation does not create any insurance or producer relationship.

The validation service
CoverIntent currently provides product information, machine-readable capability discovery, and a narrow email-based form for people and partner prospects who want to hear about research or possible early access. It is a founder validation project and may change, pause, or end.

Not insurance, advice, or a producer service
Neither CoverIntent nor TheChattyAI is acting through this service as an insurer, carrier, insurance agency, broker, or producer. The service does not quote, compare, recommend, solicit, negotiate, underwrite, bind, sell, or service insurance. It does not verify eligibility, price, carrier appetite, producer licensing, or coverage.
Nothing on the site is insurance, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Consult an appropriately licensed or qualified professional for advice and insurance transactions.

Your submissions and consent
You agree to provide accurate information that you are authorized to submit. Do not submit information about another person without authority, or include sensitive insurance application, identification, health, financial, payment, or policy data.
Submitting the form gives TheChattyAI permission to use the listed details to contact you by email about CoverIntent research or early access. It does not authorize calls, texts, insurance solicitation, carrier contact, lead resale, or disclosure to a marketplace participant.

Acceptable use
You may inspect the public discovery surfaces and make ordinary, good-faith requests consistent with their published contract. You may not attempt to bypass validation or rate controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, harvest data, impersonate another person, misstate our capabilities, or use the service for unlawful or unauthorized activity.
An AI agent or automated client must act with appropriate user authority, preserve the disclosed purpose and consent, and must not infer actions absent from the canonical capability registry. CX1 accepts consent asserted in a request payload; it does not cryptographically authenticate or prove delegation from a person to an AI agent.

Availability and changes
This is an early validation service. We may modify or discontinue features, reject malformed or abusive requests, and correct published descriptions. A confirmation code acknowledges intake only; it does not promise participation, a response time, future access, commercial terms, or any insurance outcome.

Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as available” basis for research and evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, TheChattyAI disclaims implied warranties relating to the validation service. You remain responsible for decisions made from any information you review and for maintaining independent insurance coverage; never delay obtaining coverage because of this project.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not establish a partnership, agency, fiduciary, producer, insurer, or customer- carrier relationship.
