This notice explains how TheChattyAI handles information submitted through the CoverIntent public validation. CoverIntent is not an insurer, agency, broker, or producer, and this site does not provide insurance products or advice.

What we collect
The early-access form requires your email address, U.S. state, coverage interest, general timing, role, priority, and affirmative consent. You may optionally provide your name and, for partner research, an organization name and public website.
Phone number, Date of birth, Social Security number, Driver's-license data, Vehicle identification number (VIN), Health information, Payment or bank data, Policy or claim credentials.
Like most public websites, hosting and security systems may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, user-agent, request time, and error or abuse signals when you access the site.

How we use it
CX1 uses a submission only for CoverIntent research, early access, or founding-partner follow-up by email. Submissions are not sold or transferred to insurers, agencies, brokers, or data buyers. Limited service providers process the submitted email, name, or company only as needed to host the site, store the durable founder-tenant intake, and deliver the internal founder alert.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified observations to evaluate demand, improve the concept and its language, protect the service from abuse, and maintain a record of consent and intake operations.

Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. You can also ask to stop research emails, access or correct your submission, or request deletion by emailing us. We will evaluate and respond to requests consistent with applicable law, including any need to verify the requester or retain a limited record for security or legal reasons.

Retention and security
We retain validation submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for the research, operational, security, and legal purposes described here. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Updates and contact
We may revise this notice as the validation changes. A material expansion in data use or any future recipient-handoff capability would require clearer notice and consent before it applies to a new submission.
